There’s something very exciting about being told you’re a finalist for an award where almost everyone else is a household name! I’m trying to be one too – I want everyone that hears the word “Heckerty” to think of me automatically. But I digress!

Back to the shorties. They’re an award for using social media – so I’m very jazzed. Zanzibar says he doesn’t know what the fuss is all about. And that short or tall we deserve a reward! He’s dreaming of sardines again. I’m dreaming of a red carpet and lots of beautiful people. How will they relate to a green-faced witch? I’d so love to win an award.

Imagine – I’d float down the red carpet in my best orange coat – and my red and white striped socks, my broomstick in my hand and Zanzibar looking elegant and brushed.

There at the end would be Giuliana Rancic – with or without hair extensions, I don’t care – and she’ll ask me all sorts of questions which I’ll answer perfectly. Zanzibar says he wants to put his paw in the mani-cam but it’s not going to happen!!

Once inside the ceremony will start and then George Clooney

will announce the winner of the apps category and it will be me, Me, ME!!! It will be glorious and I’ll thank everyone who had anything to do with it,

And then – just as I go up to the stage to receive the award from George, I trip over my shoes and have to start all over again.
